We have a small issue on our blog at the moment. For some reason, not all of the sidebar content (search, polls, etc) is being displayed. I’m working on it.

And in case you’re wondering, yes, this posting is a bit of a stunt. However, we are interested in people who are interested in us and what we are doing, so posting here should reach those who are watching.

Up to now, we’ve offered our customers (Yumondo community members and others) customer support in German and English. As of today, we also offer customer support in French. Enjoy!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve gone through a few hundred support requests from members of our Yumondo community. For a site in beta, that’s more or less to be expected. We’re really glad that you’re taking the time to let us know where we need to improve and what you like about the system. If you have any issues contact customer support or any if you feel that your requests for help are not being taken care of in a timely manner, please let us know.
